Tell us what has gone wrong.
We will give it a ticket number.
Hosting, email, domains and websites. Raise a request from your registered company email address and follow it through to resolution.
Please use your official email address to raise a ticket. Start below if you prefer — nothing you write is lost.
Raise a support ticket — start here
Two quick boxes first: your domain name (the website we host for you, e.g. yourcompany.com) and your registered email address. Once they match our records, the ticket form opens below. Our assistant will then ask for anything else our engineers need. Nothing is submitted until you press Raise this as a ticket.
How you will see our reply
Everything stays on the ticket, so there is one written record you can come back to — no lost email threads.
A short notification goes to your registered address the moment someone replies, with the ticket number in the subject line.
Open the support centre, sign in, and the ticket is at the top of My tickets — with a count of anything waiting on you.
Your message, our replies, attachments and status changes, in order. Internal notes between our staff are never shown.
Type below the last message, paste a screenshot if it helps, and it reaches the person handling your request straight away.
How it works
Enter your domain and your official email address. If they match our records, you can file straight away — no password, no code.
Describe the problem, choose a category and urgency, attach screenshots or logs.
Every request gets a permanent number, emailed to you straight away. To read replies online, sign in with a six-digit code we email you — no password needed.
Reply in the thread, see who is handling it, and close it when you are satisfied.
