How we handle your data

This support centre is built privacy-first. In plain terms:

• Cookies: one strictly-necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. There are no tracking, analytics or advertising cookies, and no third-party trackers.
• What we hold: the details you enter on a ticket (your name, email, domain, mobile and what you tell us), and the ticket history. Your sign-in password is stored only as a one-way encrypted hash — we cannot read it.
• Verification: we check your email and domain against our own client records to confirm you are our customer. We never expose another person's full email address to you.
• Credentials: if we ever need a password to fix something, it is entered in an encrypted box, shown to the engineer once, and deleted automatically within 24 hours.
• Your rights: to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold for you, email support@economicalhost.com.
